I have consulted with a UK based chocolate manufacturer to create rotationally and gravity moulded chocolate designs for M&S, over a 10 year period. Many of the designs have gone into production and some have been remoulded over consecutive years during seasonal periods.
The designs include unique concepts and shapes, while others are based upon licensed Disney characters.
Each mould is developed and modelled in SolidWorks and then manufactured and hand decorated in Norfolk, England. Past designs have been used as flagship products in M&S globally, featuring in TV adverts and front of store.
